في خطوة استراتيجية لتعزيز التعاون المتبادل ودعم مشاريع الاستثمار في القطاع الزراعي، أعلنت الهيئة العربية للاستثمار والإنماء الزراعي (AAAID) عن توقيع اتفاقية استثمارية مع مؤسسة التمويل الدولية (IFC)، وهي منظمة دولية رائدة تستثمر في مختلف القطاعات في الدول النامية. وقد تمت مراسم التوقيع يوم الأربعاء الموافق 5 فبراير 2025 في مقر الهيئة العربية للاستثمار والإنماء الزراعي بدبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
وقد وقع الاتفاقية عن الهيئة العربية للاستثمار والإنماء الزراعي سعادة الدكتور عبيد سيف حمد الزعابي، رئيس مجلس الإدارة، وعن مؤسسة التمويل الدولية سعادة السيد عبد الله الجفري، المدير الإقليمي الأول.
يأتي هذا التعاون تماشياً مع التزام الهيئة العربية للاستثمار والإنماء الزراعي بتوسيع شراكاتها الدولية.
كما يعزز هذا التعاون التزام الطرفين بتضافر الجهود نحو تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وتعزيز التكامل بين الخبرات والموارد المالية، ودعم الاستثمارات الزراعية لتعزيز الأمن الغذائي.
يمثل توقيع هذه الاتفاقية مرحلة جديدة من الشراكة بين الهيئة العربية للاستثمار والإنماء الزراعي ومؤسسة التمويل الدولية، مما يفتح آفاقاً جديدة للتعاون الدولي ويعزز دور الهيئة في دعم الاستثمارات الزراعية في جميع أنحاء الوطن العربي.
The Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development signs the Master Cooperation Agreement with the International Finance Corporation.
As part of a strategic move to enhance mutual cooperation and support investment projects in the agricultural sector, the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID) announced the signing of an investment Agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a leading international organization which invests in different sector in developing countries. The signing ceremony took place on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at AAAID’s headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The agreement was signed on behalf of AAAID by H.E. Dr. Obaid Saif Hamad Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Board, and on behalf of IFC by H.E. Mr. Abdullah Al Jafri, Senior Regional Manager.
This cooperation aligns with AAAID’s commitment to expanding its international partnerships.
This collaboration enforces the commitment of both parties to strengthening efforts towards sustainable development, fostering synergy between expertise and financial resources, and promoting agricultural investments to enhance food security.
The signing of this agreement marks a new phase of partnership between AAAID and IFC, opening new avenues for international cooperation and reinforcing AAAID’s role in supporting agricultural investments across the Arab world.
